I received an appointment for my 6 week post natal check. I had Dr Unwin, although he is a nice guy, he didn't really seem to know what he was doing and I found it extremely awkward talking about periods/contraceptives etc. I think more thought needs to go into which doctors etc.

Doctor ran late but the care was excellent.

I arrived at the health center at 8 am. It was already open so I was able to sit where it was warm and dry. A real plus. When reception opened at 8:30 the receptionist was friendly and helpful and I was seen by the Dr at 8:45 am. The Dr was friendly, supportive and reassuring. I was more than satisfied. I always find the center clean and well run.

Appointments on Saturdays would be helpful.

Have seen 3 different doctors in 3 days about a recurring problem. The last Dr Speed Andrews, took the time to listen to me properly and do something practical to alleviate my symptoms. It's a shame that all your doctors can't be like her.
